Shipping Policy

All products are handmade to order.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–10 business days from the date of purchase. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

At this time, we ship within the United States only. As our business continues to grow, we hope to expand our shipping availability in the future.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.


Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.

Each item is crafted individually, and inventory is managed carefully to maintain quality and intention.

Please review product details thoroughly before purchasing. If you have any questions about sizing, materials, or specifications, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order.


Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided that:

  • The item is returned in its original condition

  • The product shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • The item is returned in its original packaging (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to process depending on your financial institution.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work promptly to resolve the situation.


Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions listed above.

Due to our business being small, and in charge of handmade products there is a zero exchange policy on all orders.
